Thanks for the spark fruit! The challenge has been just that...challenging. It's good for me though, as it raises my awareness of the things that drive me to make less healthy choices. Still working on the coping skills though. Better and better every day!

God bless your day with success beyond success in all areas!

If you enjoy such things, why not check out the "Question of the Day" team? Just stop by & see if you believe that it would be a good fit for you, okay?

That song also taught a lot of us that songs didn't have to be about either misery or delirious happiness - they could be about victory. It's always been a favorite, and when it came to me early that day when the sun was, indeed rising red, I thought I'd set the ear-worm in motion for my friends! (Hold your applau emoticon emoticon se, please.)

Me too! We recently stopped full time RV'ing (after a year and a half) and bought a home in Lake Havasu, AZ...so I will be watching a lot of Diamondbacks' games but I'm still a Giants fan at heart.

Back in another life (1st marriage) I lived in SF and we split a package of season tix with another couple...those were the Barry Bonds, Jeff Kent days...cold summer nights at the stick! I even got to go to opening day at PacBell park. Great ballpark! Can't wait to catch some live games in Phoenix.

Thank you for your much appreciated comment on my recent "Mirrors" blog.

I believe your friend, Mandie, to be correct in her statement, that it is important for us to be aware of changes in our bodies.

I, also, believe that every home should have at least one full-length mirror in it.

God bless!
