My Goals:
-I will lose 20 pounds by the new year (2013) to achieve better health and prove to my self that I have the inner strength to achieve this and other goals in my life. *not quite achieved - I lost 16 lbs by New Year 2013, but staying positive -I want to be a good role model for my children.
My Program:
For the first time since I first used SP years ago, I am using the nutrition guide and recording my food intake. It is a lot more fun and convenient now that I can use the app on my phone to record my food throughout the day. I am also trying to walk as much as I can. Also want to squeeze in more weights and toning exercises, but I really need to work harder on these. They are my least favorite forms of exercise, but I think that it would be beneficial to my weight loss if I strengthened my muscles.(especially upper body) It is a habit that I am wanting to form. Now I also need to adjust some bad habits. Like eating better and organizing my time and home. The more I exercise, the better I eat because I do not want to sabatage my own efforts.
