Getting back my youth!

I am 33 years old and starting to suffer from the effects of my bad health decisions over the years. My diet consists of junk food and I smoke as well. I am starting to feel more aches and pains and it is harder to get around.

I go to buy clothing and end up in the men's department. This is so depressing to see cute clothing and even the ones marked large or xl won't fit me.

The clothing in the plus size department reminds me of what my grandma should wear, not a young woman.

I want to have more stamina for things like dancing with my girls, doing projects around the house and outside and playing with my kids.

I was just reading your home page and see that you are planning to exercise 7 days a week? I may be out of line here but you should seriously consider taking a day off to rest once a week. Your body needs it. And it will seem like such bliss to NOT have to move it that day that you'll have more energy for the rest of the week. I used to do 7 days and someone told me about "the day of rest" and once I started doing it, I do see a difference. You actually do the other 6 days with more energy because of that one day you don't do anything. Rest, relax, reflect, revel in the new you.
