Thank you for commenting on my blog. I also would love to get away from frozen meals (and meal replacement bars) but by the time I figure out and make lunches and dinners for my family that they like and that contain enough calories to keep 2 teenage boys growing, I am too tired/ hungry to make a separate home cooked meal for myself that would be low cal enough for my needs. If I eat with them I have to do math and figure out calories, portion sizes and then use measuring cups and measuring spoons to serve up my plate every time, and then end up with such tiny amounts of food on my plate it's a joke. If eating's going to be that complicated I'd just rather not do it at all. Which is a good thing.. should help me lose weight!
