three cheers for spark and sparkpeople!
since joining two years ago, I have knocked off around 50 lbs and have been fluctuating a bit around there since.
but now i'd like to go for the next round, if I could lose another 40 lbs (permanently) i'd be one happy patootie.

since starting on spark I have moreover achieved some incredible non-scale victories: I have started dancing again, and teaching dance. this was the reason for sparking in the first place.

My Program:
two hours daily of various exercising: dance, swim, walk, and clean house.

about 1200 - 1500 calories of highly nutritious food,
STAY AWAY FROM JUNK!!!

about 10 glasses of water a day.

spent all my life in europe.
am a teacher, classical ballet and english as a foreign language.
but i was never slender, except as a child.

i just love africa, esp. african music and dance. truly god's gift to the planet!
