I live in the city of Spokane in Wash State. The home of Bloomsday the 12k run held the first Sunday of May. Its some thing I look forward to doing each year. Have been traveling the Spark trail since 2012. my spark had gone out several times but i have not given up that will rach my goal. “Always end the day with a positive thought. be pleased with 10 min workouts it better then zero minutes

scales stops at 157 which is great and I am heading to have it stop at 146 by May 1 2015 with healthy eating and working out is the plan.
