One must eat to live not live to eat Moliere

I live Spokane Wash The home of Bloomsday a 12k run held the first Sunday of May.( I done have 25 ) 3 days until race day.
I have been traveling the Spark trail since 2012.started at 200+ pounds. 154 4/30 like so many my spark goes out some days . My spark family comes to help me get the spark going again. . Spark has taught me to watch for the None Scale victories I have learned I can have sweets and still be on track, i have come to enjoy walking I joined the team ...

complete Bloomsday in 2hours and 30 minutes

Eat healthy
drink 8 to 10 glasses of water

attend the super senior class at the gym walk every day
dance around the room use my work DVDS
