Training for Bloomsday a 12 K race on May 4 2014 in Spokane Wa
want to complete the course in two and half hours.
taking part in two challenges with Spark friends to get me Marching in March. Enjoying watching the Spark Tracker and seeing the green lights make a complete circle on the tracker and see the trophies appear on my page they have become my rewards for None Scale Victories. learning to deal with the scales not moving downward. setting smaller goals 0.5 ...

Continue to eat healthy watching the tracker light up and continue to add steps to my day. not beat my self up when i have a slip on the journey enjoy hiking with Tom in Colorado and do Bloomsday and not feel like I am not going to make it to the finish line

is simple eat healthy exercise each day spark with friends try new spark recipes. complete two challenges with spark friends the Ididorod with Barb and Gail a 4th of July with Chris

I live in Spokane WA we hold a huge race each May Called Bloomsday.
I enjoy sparking and collecting quotes to keep me on track on the trail.

Hello Fran! Wonderful Spring, be it warm or cold!
Oh, I wish it were my yard! emoticon
That is a photo taken at our Botanical Gardens, last Saturday, when I went with my sister!
Isn't it something? Those containers of Tulips are breathtaking.
I wish we could go, there, together Fran.
Speaking of photos...where is yours taken? Beautiful and very impressionistic!
