training for Bloomsday May 3 2015

I live Spokane Wash The home of Bloomsday a 12k run held the first Sunday of May.( I done have 25 ) 21 days until race day.
I have been traveling the Spark trail since 2012.started at 200+ pounds. I am like so many my spark goes out some days My spark family has helped me get that spark going again heading to my goal a healthy life style not just a number on the scale. Spark has taught me to watch for the None Scale. Changing clothing sizes, learning I can have sweets and still ...

Spark has taught me to watch for the None Scale. Changing clothing sizes, learning I can have sweets and still on track, exercise can be fun, walking father and not get short of breath blood work can improve Blood pressure goes down . I have also leaned that even though I am moving along slowly from 200 pounds in 2012 (Jan) to 156 pounds April 13, 2015 the huge thing is I have not given up even with the gains and having to get the same pound off again and again . My finish is will be just the beginning Fit is not a destination it’s a way of life .

living a healthy life style going hiking with my brother this summer and vising Mt Rushmore.
complete Bloomsday in 2hours and 35 minutes

My Program:
Eat healthy
drink 8 to 10 glasses of water
go to the gym four to five times a week
attend the super senior class at the gym walk every day
dance around the room use my work DVDS
