I live in the city of Spokane in Wash State. The home of Bloomsday the 12k run held the first Sunday of May. Its some thing I look forward to doing each year. Have been traveling the Spark trail since 2012. working towards my goal but have learned I am more than a number on the scales. The biggest things I have learned are 1. remember we did mot get over weight over night it no coming off over night
