Hi there. Thanks for the update of good news. :D
I cannot wait for my son and hubby to arrive on Saturday. Gosh, tired of being alone now. Yes, the Blue Bird thing didn't work out for him. But he has found a job, even if he must move to Bloemfontein, van alle plekke! hehe. Bread and butter comes first hey.
Here's hoping your week is good, and keep going on your healthy eating. Still working out? I must say, I love the videos from SP, cos you can just do them at home, when you feel like it, and can still have a coach. :)
God bless. emoticon emoticon

Aloha mooi meisie! :) Hope it's going well on your side. My hubby landed in Cape Town yesterday, to go and support my son with his packing up and moving. He has been offered a job in Bloemfontein (of all places) as a media designer. While it is with a family manufacturing company, it may well work for him. We will see. They make the Roadrunner...suppose you haven't heard of it much in Cape Town, but it's a proudly South African vehicle. :) My husband's brother is an inventor, and this product works like a bomb! Of course poor Gustav adores the Cape and doesn't want to really move, but there you are. You go where your bread and butter is, hey.'s hoping all is well there with you. Take care and good luck with your studies. I'm stressing for the end of this month's assignments. It's probably good that I'm on my write, write, write. :)
Chow for now. emoticon

Hi...thanks for the goodie. :D
I am thrilled to hear the good news, and sad to hear about the cholesterol and the colon. But, yes, both can be managed, and not through pills only, through proper nutrition also. Rheta you are a beautiful young woman!!! My word. :D
My daughter has a spastic colon...SP have lovely articles on what not and what to eat for that...look on their nutrition page. CHolesterol probably also on their list of advice. Bless you. You will win it. For sure.
PS You're the first person I know that is AB!! You've got the best of both worlds girl!! LAMB/MUTTON is a must, you're allowed coffee, and milk products (to a limit) too. BUt watch out for wheat, bananas, potatoes. Mmm, let me stop! Haha...before I put you off.
Say hi to your sister. :) Take care. xx
