Thanks for commenting on my status regarding the "Atkins" way of eating. Oh YES...I know that carbohydrates are essential, and I will certainly introduce an healthy amount of them into my regimen once I get to my desired weight and body tone.

As for sleeping - you do need to get a good nights rest. Have you set a time to go to bed everynight - if not give it a try - I used to be one that would go to bed at all different times but when I set a definite time it helped
