Because I'm worth it

I've been keeping an active life for some time now. I love to run, and I'm always looking for fun ways to get fitness in. However, I am struggling horribly with nutrition. The wonderful world of Fast food and bad foods haunts me to this day.
I have to break my mental idea that as long as I am running and staying active, I can eat whatever I want.. because, well let's just say, it's not working for me.
I have successfully kept off 10lbs of my weight since I started my healthy ...

I'm back now and ready to ROCK THIS GIRL!!! Still not 100% healthy yet but I hope with a good steady workout routine and great nutrition again, I'll kick it. Looking so forward to doing with you-we did once before and we can do it again. WHOO HOO!!!

Beautiful Woman Award! Once you've been given this award, you have to paste it on the wall of 8 women who deserve it. If you receive more than 3 you know you're really beautiful. If you break the chain, nothing will happen, but it's always nice to know someone thinks you're beautiful, inside & out!!

I've got boot camp on the calendar every day next week! Whatever day works best for you is fantastic. It's near Sunny Slope & Greenfield Ave, at a place called Orange Shoe (love it!). Starts at 6:00 pm and runs for an hour. There's a Panera right there, so we can drag our dirty selves in there for coffee (well...maybe water) afterwards, if you'd like.

Monday is Fun Day.
Tuesdays are Tabatas (sp?).
Never been there on a Wednesday, so unknown.
Thursday is Theme Day, and it's my fav!
Friday is also Fun Day, and is usually a much smaller group. It's also my last day of boot camp before my surgery.
