Hi! I'm Kristi and I'm 60 years old. I'm married and have two daughters, ages 26 and 26. The older daughter will be married on this fall so we're busy with wedding plans. I work part-time about 30 hours per week I like to take long walks when the weather permits and I like to garden.
Reasons to keep sparking: to live longer and healthier, to feel better, to look better, to have more energy, to lower my cholesterol, to have clothes fit better, to gain more confidence, to learn to enjoy exercise, to be stronger, to have the satisfaction of achieving my goals.

Today brings us to the conclusion of the 30 Days of Gratitude Challenge series. For those of you who have faithfully walked this path with me for the past month, I’d like to thank you so much for taking the time to join me. It took real commitment and effort on your part, and I sincerely appreciate your time, efforts, dedication, and comments. This has not been easy, but it has been very rewarding for me, and I hope for each of you as well. Above all, I want you to know I am so very grateful for your enduring friendship, encouragement, and support.
Thank you once again for giving some of your time each day, and for being such an integral and important part of this community of people who want to make a positive difference in not only their lives, but in the lives of others. It means more than I can ever express in words. So, from the bottom of my heart . . . I thank you.

T for time to be together, turkey, talk and tangy weather.
H for harvest stored away, home, and hearth and holiday.
A for autumn’s frosty art, and abundance in the heart.
N for neighbors and November, nice things, and new things to share together.
K for kitchen, kettle’s croon, with kith and kin expected soon.
S for sizzles, sights, and sounds, and something special that abounds.
That spells THANKS – for joy in living,
And wishing you a jolly good Thanksgiving!
