The Adventure Continues
I've been with Sparkpeople for more than 4 years! I can't believe it! I hit my goal weight November 2006, briefly, bounced back up & have been fighting ever since. I know my hormones are changing, & alot of financial stress, which isn't helping alot. So, entering a new part of my life, with flinging hormones, a husband changing careers, kids leaving home, having grandchildren, aging parents etc. And I could live another 40+ YEARS!!! I had REALLY better take care of myself. I see others in ...

I live in Texas, am 49 yrs old, happily married, & have 3 children 18-19-29; 3 grandchildren 14 mo-6 yr-12 yr, & 2 silly dogs. My husband & I are self-employed.
Other Information:
I'm beginning to adapt to my new roles of midlife, & I'm ok with most of it - lol. As a matter of fact, it's evolving into my new motivation for staying healthy, as I take part in the lives of each of my family members, young & old, ages 5 months to 92 years.
