    I heard that pineapple juice will help with breathing issues. My DH got some and it did seem to help.

    I used to love to bowl but I can't anymore. My thumb has spurs. :-( I even have my own custom pink ball, bag and shoes.

    Finally having a good day here, it is 50 degrees! Woohoo!

    emoticon Sheri, start out with a small minimum of minutes, say 10 minutes and then once you get a streak going you won't want to break it.

    After awhile you will end up with more than 10 minutes but that is where I started. Now I am a 20 minute minimum, but lots of times I go longer!

    Oh going out to dinner sounds fun, cake later, even better!

    I am on day 74 of daily exercise, so happy about that! My doctor wants me to build up to one hour of cardio a day... whew, wish me luck! emoticon
