Never too OLD to be Fit

All my adult life I seemed to be battling the bulge! Never had the right knowledge or tools too keep me on track. Spark, FitBit and knowledge of healthy eating and living has provided the means to be healthy and fit.
Soon to be 68 and I want to be in the best health and fitness I can be. Old age is hard enough to deal with, so why not be healthy and enjoy the years ahead.

My Goals:
Exercise - walking, rowing, recumbent bike daily.
Track exercise.
Track nutrition.
Be supportive to team members.

My Program:
Trying to do a 5K walk once a week.
Other days at least 30 min. walk.
15 min strength and stretching every day.
Biking and rowing some days.

Personal Information:
Lives in Brisbane, Queensland since 1983.
Retired and loving it. Married to my life partner.
2 grown daughters, 3 grandchildren 13, 18, 20.
The rest of my family lives in the US.


Other Information:
Love to do embroidery & macramé (coming back in). Do a bit of gardening. Mostly busy with family.
