I'm asking all of you to share what inspires you, what surprised you today? What moved you ?

In my blog this morning I posted said Choices are ours to make. This morning my mind kept saying...just snooze that alarm, you have another one set for 5am, you don't really need to do the treadmill this morning, you can walk during lunch and again after work. Why get up at 4:30 am to do the treadmill? You don't have enough time to do the treadmill and play on SparkPeople after your shower. Mind games.....So what did I do? My body said get your lazy rear out of bed and get on that treadmill. You can't walk during lunch, you are getting your hair cut. Tomorrow is weigh in day, are you crazy? You HAVE to get up and get on that treadmill. YOU are the only one who can make this decision for YOU. How will you feel if you don't get up and on the treadmill? How will your day be if you don't get moving? Ok, so you get the picture. My body won over my mind this morning, and I got up and hopped on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I changed the incline a bit to make the workout harder, and don't regret one second of my treadmill time.

Knowing my mantra makes me stronger, knowing how I feel after making the choice to work out makes me feel strong, but also knowing that I have the choice and making the healthy choice surprises me.
