Like a butterfly, it's time for me to go through my very own metamorphasis...

Ok, this is REALLY it. No, REALLY this time! I vow to shed these unwanted pounds for good. Gone will be the days of dreading shopping for clothes, and back will be the days of grabbing a size 9 off the shelf and not even trying it on to find it fits like a dream at home. I am DONE with not loving who I see in the mirror...

Start: 10/23/2009 - 207lbs, size 16
Presently: 3/22/2010 - 187lbs, size 12-9 (depending on the brand)

I am learning to love and believe in myself like never before - enough with mentally "beating myself up" for silly things. There are so many more important things in life and so much of it for me to get out there and LIVE...

My Goals:
I just want to feel comfortable in my own skin again...want the confidence back that I once had - I KNOW I CAN DO IT =)


My Program:
UPDATE - 6/2/10
I have invested in Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred and can't wait to see what results I will have.

Cardio: Have introduced an old friend, swimming, in to my routine at least once a week and do laps. Nothing like a low impact super cal burn to ease those aching knees. Seems to be ultra effective so far.

I have been closely monitoring my daily food intake and definitely make much more wise choices. I have invested in "Skinny Cow" chocolate bars to cure my insatiable sweeth tooth - only 100cal ea! I even brought a little mat to my office where I do at least 100 crunches M-F and walk up and down stairs at least 3x a week while on my break and have my tennies here as well to throw on and take a brisk walk around the campus. No more bought lunches from the caf - I have only been bringing in foods from home which consist mainly of Special K, non fat yogurts, craisins, fresh lemon for my water intake, and a variety of fresh veggies, sweet potatoes hol
