I try to be healthy by following a regular exercise program and eating right, but I love sweets!

I am a personal trainer and love helping people work towards their health and fitness goals!

Other Information:
I love running (particularly marathon training), and my favorite movie is The Wizard of Oz.

I have four children. They are exhausting but amazing!!

Thanks for the help. I went to the preferences and found the connection to the tracker so I changed it and this time remembered to save it.

I was told I would never lose weight easily when I was referred to Dartmouth Medical Center in Hanover N H. So I know if I eat m ore which I do not like to eat a lot-never did. So now I will be happy with the much lower calorie choice. Thanks for the help.
