My Goals:
Eat a balanced diet and prepare healthy meals for my family. Train for half and full marathons when I can find the time.

Be a good example of a healthy lifestyle for my kids.

My Program:
I try to be healthy by following a regular exercise program and eating right, but sweets are definitely my weakness!

Personal Information:
I am an ACE-certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach and Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist. I love helping people work towards their health and fitness goals!

Other Information:
I love running (particularly marathon training), and my favorite movie is The Wizard of Oz.

I have four children, 3 girls and 1 boy. They are exhausting but amazing!!

Get your mojo motivated and moving! be full of success on your weight loss journey!
Set smaller goals to help motivate you. Sometimes I don't reach them but that is ok. They keep me motivated.
