My Program:
I'm eating fewer carbs and drinking a lot of water. I set my ranges and try to stay within them. =) I watch my sodium as well. Aiming to do cardio 5 days a week including 3 days of strength training.

I boiled up some Barilla Plus Angel Hair Pasta. While that was cooking, I sauteed mushrooms in olive oil until they were brown, added, chopped garlic, asparagus and sliced grape tomatoes and sauteed a littel more. Then I drained the pasta and tossed it into the veggie mix and topped with a little parmesan cheese. Here is the info from my tracker:


Barilla Plus Angel Hair (uncooked), 2 oz
Asparagus, fresh, 1 cup
cheese, Great Value 100% parmesan grated , 2 tbsp
Garlic, 1 clove
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices
Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes
