My Program:
I'm eating fewer carbs and drinking a lot of water. I set my ranges and try to stay within them. =) I watch my sodium as well. Aiming to do cardio 5 days a week including 3 days of strength training.

The cold weather is getting to me, but it will not win the war. What is getting to you and slowing your progress? Let me know and I will gladly pray with you for your victory. Whatever the challenge, let's keep the main thing the main thing and find the victory there. Enjoy the journey, and remember, progress--not perfection. Change comes here a little and there a little as we stay the course. Remember that true success is in how we make the journey, not the destination. If we lose all our weight but fail the change the habits that put us there, we may feel victorious in reaching the destination, but it will be short lived if we don't find the victory needed on the journey of true change. emoticon emoticon emoticon Darlene emoticon Go Mustangs!
