I went to my trainer three times a week for the first year and then twice a week for the second year. I've been two years on my own now. I started seeing a difference in my body after only a week or two with my trainer, but the change in habit took much much longer.

I'm still not as dedicated without him, but I lost my job (hotel went out of business!) a year ago and haven't been able to find work. Shelling out all that money just isn't possible for me right now.

Hey, hope life is going good.. I am just going around to all mynew "friends" and see what tips you guys are all have and what sort of cardio are you do. I am currently jutt working with my elliptical, but I have been thinking about getting one of the Biggest Loser work out, but just want to see other people opinions :) Anyways hope you hear from you soon!

I'm glad that things are going well for you! I hope they stay that way! Things are going well here. Lost 9lbs but feel I am hitting a wall already. This is getting hard for me but I know that I just need to stay with it and it will soon start falling off again!
