My Goals:
My goals are to lose 24lbs, run a 10k in 2013 & a 1/2 marathon in 2014. I will eat healthy & maintain my goal weight.
My Program:
I plan to reduce my calorie intake, track my food & weight progress, run 2-3 times each week.
