Sick and tired of being sick and tired!

Hi! I'm Michelle. I've struggled with my weight since college; I'm a chronic yo-yo dieter. I'm bipolar, so I'll get manic and get obsessed with losing weight. I'll diet, exercise like crazy and lose weight pretty quickly. Then the depression comes around, and I slide downhill again until I wind up weighing more than when I started. My Goals:
Getting healthy and in shape again! Most important of all- although losing, eh, 30 lbs. in the process would be fabulous. :o)

My Program:
Staying under 1600 calories a day and under 20g of fat. Starting Turbo Jam videos, as well as taking bike rides/walks around the neighborhood with my kids!
