tracking blood sugar two times a day
The team would love if you participate in the games etc. That's a good way to get to know some of us.
As I recover, I will try to be more active as a leader. The rest of the team kind of leads itself because they know how important keeping track of blood sugar is and losing weight in a healthy manner. Walking is the emphasis here. I lost 75 pounds when I was active. I have only gained back 10.
When I start again, I plan to lose the same way. I watch the carbs..not eliminate them, I make sure I have protein, and my hardest...fiber. I don't like green foods. That makes it hard, but I am controlling my bs using my brain and metformin. :) I find that walking is the best ....brings down bs, makes me healthier, and makes me happy.....
