Exercise: minimum 5xweek with the 30DS, Insanity, 28 day bootcamp so I don't get bored and so that I can squeeze in exercise no matter how little time I have. (HAAAAAA!!! yea right! this exercise plan was a joke. if i'm falling asleep standing up in clinic im not going to exercise when i get home! wishful thinking, i exercise when i can, doing what i can. THAT is a more realistic plan.)

I am working into day 2. I met ALL my goals yesterday and burned half of my calorie intake. I'm already sore! lol! I was planning on a hot soak last night, but ended up with company. Maybe tonight. :) Let me know how your day goes!
