Hi I am Lori. Welcome to my page, Thank you for visiting me.

When I first joined sparkpeople, I lost a lot of weight. I stopped coming and I gained it all back and then some. I also belong to TOPS (Take of Pounds Sensibly) organization. I stopped attending those meeting at the same time I stopped coming to Sparkpeople, it has been a very long time. I came back in January 2016.

Sparkpeople has been helping me to eat better and find new ways to exercise. Since I have been back, I have not lost a lot of weight, I hold responsible it on lack of exercise. I had a couple of surgeries that have prevented me from doing aerobic exercises I mainly do strength training. I do some gardening as I am getting stronger.

My Goals:
My goal is to be a physically and mentally healthy person.
To see the good in all people and situations.

My Program:
I have joined the Fall 2017 5% challenge.. With this challenge I plan on re-jump start my program.
My exercise plan Go to the gym 3-5 days a week to strength train. Spend some extra time on bike for endurance. .If I can not go to the gym I will use the workout generator.
By being part of the 5% community I hope to get back on track.

I have been keeping records in a book of what I eat. Calories. When I eat. How i feel when I eat. also physical exercise and Relaxation exercises.

I try to do some kind of Physical exercise daily and relaxation two times daily. When I do this I do well.

I live in the small town in Western NY.

Other Information:
I have been blessed with good friends and a supported family.

I do my best to see the good in all people, for there is good in all of us. In every situation, good or bad there is a lesson to be learned to help us be a stronger person.
