Hey Cheryl. Sorry for the late response. 4 lbs lost is awesome. I plan on doing a 5k next year with hubby. I am not even half way as fit for this year. I twisted my back muscles while doing Zumba in September. Finally realized what was wrong after going to the doctor twice. I am on pain management with 4 different meds & taking it easy for now. Will get active on the Denver team as well. For now its just watching what I eat. But hey where is the 5k at? I might just drop by with my daughter & hubs. Good luck to you both.
Ahh! Gotcha! Normally, you just pick up the race packet the day of or the day before - I have yet to run a race that sends out information. Just getting up and doing the race is amazing! It doesn't matter how fast or slow you run, you're there!
I think I'll just be wearing a bright blue shirt and bright blue bandana.
Hey!! Going well, training hard. I did indeed check out the Vi page. I think I'll be wearing something eye-sore bright at the 5K so I can stand out to the SparkPeople. I will post something on the Denver page and let folks know! Looking forward to seeing you out there
