Trying something new

Hey everyone,
Today I decided to try the couch to 5k program. I am definitely more "couch" than "5k" but on week 1, day 1 I didnt die on the side of the trail so that is my accomplishment. I am hoping I can stay motivated to finish the program and do my first 5k. Looking for all the support I can get.
