Hi! My name is Hollynn and I joined the Spark July 27, 2009 as part of my new "focus on positive things I can do" goal with hopes of finding support for weight loss. I have been heavy, thin and everything in between and would like to be HEALTHY. Thanks in advance for support! Recent Achievements: 1. 70 lb loss (2/1/2010) 2. 20% of body weight lost (12/4/09) 3. Fitting into my old leather jacket! (1/18/10) 4. 6 month Sparkversary - whoo-hoo! (1/27/10) -68 lbs gone! 5. Being voted a Spark Motivator (1/30/10) - I will work hard to live up to it! 6. 2oo days of consecutive exercise (2/9/10) - Keep rockin' toward 300 days...can't stop me! Current short term goals: 1. Continue daily exercise 2. Concentrate on 199...by the end of March 3. Motivate others & create a positive atmosphere Also I am the Leader of the 100 Day Challenge Team. I lost 40lbs in my challenge to myself to exercise EVERY day for 100 days...lost another 32 lbs in my 2nd 1oo consecutive days, now moving on to 300 consecutive days...do you think I have a year's worth of energy in me (you betcha I do!) Join the team if you want to try this... I truly believe that every positive choice you make changes your path in life.

To feel healthy To be able to do things I enjoy outside that I have stopped doing because of weight: hiking, rollerblading, kayaking To inspire others that positive thinking will change their life!

1. Exercise daily 2. Hike 4 days a mo. 3. Drink 8 glasses H2o 4. Track all calories 5. Weigh only once a week (& measure) 6. Think positive each day about my journey toward health
