My name is Hollynn and I joined the Spark July 27, 2009 as a way to "focus on positive things I can do" and started working hard. I weighed in at 286lbs but was already down about 10 lbs from my highest weight of 295lbs. Most of the weight I lost was in the first year. I exercised every single day and logged (most) of my food. I weighed in at 286lbs but was already down about 10 lbs from my highest weight of 295lbs. Most of the weight I lost was in the first year. I exercised every single day and logged (most) of my food. Since then, my weight has fluctuated a bit but for the most part I have maintained a weight between 195-185lbs. I am proud to say that I have kept off 100lbs for 4 years.

My life is changing a lot this year and it has been a huge stress trying to rediscover who I am and try to decided who I want to be. Living with intention I have done for years, now I am looking for serenity too.

My focus on this page (as always) will be honesty, but also a positive outlook to my health and my life. I appreciate any support you give me and look forward to helping some of you along in your journey as well.

I had some fun... but not enough. I didn't feel as if I was on vacation. I did go jet skiing of course, that's always a plus. Hit the casino a few nights, although I lost. I need a different, more fun person to go on vacation with. Not someone who sleeps for 12+ hours and doesn't drink. LOL.

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I know I seem to be hard on myself but I take it in stride although I do believe instead of 69 I should be down 80-85 by now. It is what it is. How can you, Ms World Traveler be jealous of me going to the Bahamas? LOL. I do need this break if not for the last couple years without one, this past 5 weeks since her accident and now even the last couple days with my two kids by myself... they're driving me up the wall. Just thinking of hammocks, alcoholic drinks, jet skis, snorkeling, palm trees, white sands, roulette wheels, slot machines, dolphins, water slides.... OH, sorry, got carried away there a bit. LOL. They have a fitness center but it costs $10/day... have to look into it more when I get there. I'd like to do it... we'll see. Glad to see you are back on track and out and about on your bike, I am jealous of that for sure. No real places to go here that are safe, nothing more then a couple miles. Thanks again, keep SParking!
