I am a strong T2 Diabetic with a host of additional medical issues. NO medical issue will stop me from living each day in the healthiest way possible. Goals for 2018: Choose joy! Minimize bread, processed foods and sweets. Focus on protein, veg and fruit. Take a few minutes each evening to plan the next day's food. Use planning above to maintain a1c at or less than 7%. Make my 7th year of weight training the best ever! Smile and laugh as much as possible.
