    Hi there! I really identified with your comment on the counselor/therapist page. Stress is a huge culprit for me as well, and I believe compassion fatigue has been a major factor in my gaining 50 pounds over the past couple of years :/ I friended you; I really want to connect with others in the field who get just how taxing (and amazing) this work can be! I wish you lots of success in your journey toward health and wholeness.

    HI! emoticon Thanks for your comment on my feed! I'm finally getting my act together but it's not easy to keep the momentum going. I'm doing my 'baby steps' as I call it so I don't get upset and give up if everything is not perfect. I'm doing carb cycling right now, using some of the ideas in Chris Powell's books.
