Personal Information:
Enjoy my work with Spark People Inc as part of the Babyfit, SparkTeens and SparkPeople online Community. My husband and I have two children. I have enjoyed all aspects of parenting and find the joy in all their ages and stages - including the teen years!
Other Information:
I have enjoyed a variety of experiences in my life - competitive athletics, showing horses, playing hand bells, flute, piano, french horn and detassling corn and working in an aluminum factory. Life is an adventure and the better you feel, the more you can get out and experience it!
