Fitness Minutes: 45,536

My Goals:
This year, my main goal is to push myself outside of my fitness comfort zone by doing more strength training.


My Program:
-CrossFit 3-4 times per week
-Whatever else I feel like, depending on CF programming--usually running, interval training, or yoga.



Personal Information:
I currently live in Cincinnati, but moved around and traveled a lot growing up. I still thrive on exploring new places every chance I get! I like to write, sing, dance, and cook with my friends. I have a bachelor's degree in health promotion and education, and love to help people reach their personal health goals.

    Your smoothie blog was right on target. Not all smoothies are made equal. You should look into all these self serve yogurts as they are not all what they claim to be.. I have learned that the truth lurks in the ingredients not the nutritional!
