Pressing Towards the Goal

We will only reach our goals if we deliberately pursue them. The key to our success is to focus and re-focus daily. Remember that ALL things are possible if we only BELIEVE. Even when we fall short, it is important that we refuse to give, but instead get up and start again!

Friends, don't get me wrong: By no means do I count myself an expert in all of this, but I've got my eye on the goal, where God is beckoning us onward - to Jesus. I'm off and running, and I'm not turning ...

I have been struggling to lose the weight for a number of years. I would achieve some measure of success and then lose heart. I feel that I have been granted another opportunity to change my life, to in some respect choose to experience life again.

I have been consistently exercising for quite a while and I have lost a total of 50 lbs (45 of those pounds were lost before joining this amazing community of motivated individuals).

I feel amazing... I have more energy, more confidence and people look at me differently.

I AM PRESSING TOWARDS MY GOAL.

My Goals:
My goals include the following:
1) Reaching a goal weight of 145
2) Reducing blood pressure enough to stop taking medication
3) Energize my life and
4) Share a healthy style with others

My Program:
My program includes watching what I eat and working out. We have a gym at work, so I am working out 3 - 4 times a week.

My workout includes cardio (stationary bike, elliptical and treadmill) and strength training.

I recently started participating in a Kickboxing and a Boot Camp Class.
