I Love to Walk and Bike

Hi - I'm Pat and I've joined SP on the advice of my nutritionist. I love to walk, garden and read. I've been in and out of SP since 2007 but see real improvement in my nutrition when I'm doing SP consistently. I know I have to log my food choices and exercise. This is my year. I can feel it and I will succeed!

-Update- got off the meds 6/24/14. Best day of my life!

i agree! I love temps right around 30, also! Crisp enough to give you energy, but not so cold as to make you feel stiff. I carry water, too, even on my wintertime miles. I do NOT like feeling thirsty! And I almost always take at least a couple of sips while working out, and then I guzzle whatever is left when I finish. Definitely worth lugging it along!

Is your hand better today? I sure hope so.

Glad you said something about your cat. I'm not sure how old our cat is. my husband has a friend that was sharing an apt. When the roomie left she left her cat behind. dh said he'd bring her home to me. She became "my cat" til she started this business.

We're also having a problem with a dog. he has taken to lifting his leg on my recycle things. ho hum. my house stinks so bad I don't want anyone in it. As it is my nose burns.

Today i'll hit a pet store and see what advice/products I can get.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog. I took a "natural" shot of a friend who is older than me and she was annoyed. She looks better too when she has the chance to prepare for the photo. I didn't like my wrinkles, double chin and jowls! The ones where I was prepared were passable.
