I Love to Walk and Bike

Hi - I'm Pat and I've joined SP on the advice of my nutritionist. I love to walk, garden and read. I've been in and out of SP since 2007 but see real improvement in my nutrition when I'm doing SP consistently. I know I have to log my food choices and exercise. This is my year. I can feel it and I will succeed!

-Update- got off the meds 6/24/14. Best day of my life!

Thanks for your comment on my blog. Of course you can steal the idea and join in! The total numbers for the challenge (to be completed over 7 weeks) are 2.4 miles swimming, 112 biking and 26.2 running.
