    Thank you for your comment on my blog! The days that I was really far under my goal, I was definitely getting enough nutrients. Those days I had just eaten lower calorie meals that had a lot of veggies and lean protein. Honestly, I remember feeling like I ate all day long, which is why I didn't snack more at night. But I appreciate your advice there!
