After a long break i am back..

Not sure how long i will be back.. but am going to give it a try again. Family life has not gotten better, but i need to try and do it for me.

My Goals:
changing my Goals to smaller achievable ones.

loose 20# by march 1 2012 for vacation.

do cardio 5 days a week

Dance 7 hour a week

do 90 minutes weight a week

do Yoga twice a week

limit carbs, stay at 1200 calories a day.

Big Goal: Loose 80# by December 31, 2012

My Program:
Drink only water and one Dt. sierra Mist a day

Excercise at least 30 minutes each day.

Line Dance at least 7 hours a week.

Personal Information:
I am a born and raised Wisconsinite. I have two grown children, and two wonderful Grandchildren, one is 5 and in kindergarten and loving school, my youngest grandson is 2 and is disabled. he is unable to eat or drink normally and cannot speak. truly my little angel.

Other Information:
I love to Read, and line dance.

Thanks for checking out my blog! I really hope you found it useful! I agree you need more than 800 calories! You should never fall below 1200 no matter who you are. I had to work myself up to eating what I do now and it took some hard work and constant reminding myself to do it, but I got there and now it's habit. And if I don't eat every couple hours I get sick... my body has gotten used to fueling up every so often and now it reminds me!

Thank you for the support on my page. Being any type of inspiration for anyone is very motivating! It doesnít matter who you are, where you are starting from, how many times you have failed or given up, you CAN do this. It isnít easy, it doesnít get easier, your mind gets tougher and your body gets stronger.
