    Your welcome. Make a plan for a week and try to stick to it- like eating within calorie range for a week. Then in the second week you add another goal and so on. You should check out the videos on SparkPeople- I spent about a day surfing for videos here and on youtube for workout videos to see if there are some doable exercises. I know I am still far from being in shape, so I didn't want to start with something I knew I couldn't master. Let me know how it is going. emoticon and soon the weather will be better and you can take your walks again emoticon

    I go running/walking whenever possible-I love being outdoors and I fell off the wagon when the weather got bad because I couldn't go. Then I got into a fitness mood a few days ago because I needed to vent. So I tried a few videos on this site. The resistence band videos are pretty good. First, they are affordable and second, the videos are short, but don't underestimate the effect. I always hated doing videos, but those videos were awesome because I was able to finish them without taking a break or feeling totally out of shape (which I am LOL), so that was a nice energy boost. Last but not least, I started doing Jilian Michaels' 30Day Shred on Sunday. It is so tough and I have to do modifications, but I did better yesterday and today. So I will see if I can see similar results like other people.
