Losing the Freshman 50

Hey y'all! I'm Stephanie, I'm 19 and a college freshman. I've lost 15 pounds since I've been to college, and as my body starts to adjust to living here, I don't want to gain that back. So I'm using Spark to continue to lose weight, and keep myself on track.

My Goals:
1. To be able to order a large sorority shirt and have it be as big on me as my XL
2. Take the stairs!
3. Get going in the morning
4. Use the gym!
5. STOP THE SWEETS
6. Eat balanced meals
7. Feel healthy
8. Don't drink as much
9. Eat "bad" foods IN MODERATION
10. Be happy.

My Program:
1. Tracking calories!
2. Herbalife/ or Slim Fast shake for breakfast
3. Balanced Lunch
4. Balanced Dinner
5. Swim workout 3 days a week
6. Dry land workout 2 days a week
7. No soda
