Thanks for the comment on my blog. And YES! She really did whine to my husband about not making plans with me anymore and it's up to me if I want to hang out. I call it tattling because that's kind of what it felt like. 1998 days ago
I saw your question on the Rookie Running Group huddle wall - Yes, you will be able to run for 30 minutes someday, probably sooner than you think! I see you're doing C25K. I didn't follow that, but I have a friend who did and she's up and running for a half hour now. I used to never even be able to run for 5 minutes (and really, about 2 minutes used to be my max), but now I can run for 6 miles in 1 hour. It's taken since the beginning of January to work up to that, but I'm doing something that I never thought I could do and you certainly can too!!
Hey Staci, Thanks for taking the time to read my Zumba blog. If you haven't tried it and you like music...give it a whirl. Lots of fitness places will give you a 7 day free pass which would allow you to try a few classes. Or some of the videos named in the member posting by members of the Zumba team may give you some ideas of either you tube or DVD's you can purchase to do at home. But I will tell you...home can not compare to the energy and dynamics the class setting has to offer! Get your dancing shoes out and try it! It is a great mood lifter too. 2001 days ago
Thank you for spending the time to read my blog - I think having just put that blog together - the first time I have actually put the developing story together like that and now the penny has dropped - and I am beginning to realise what I have done!! So - I'm just a bit slow in the uptake!! LOL!! However it has proved one thing to me – that if I can do it anyone can do it and you will find that the results are way beyond your wildest dreams!!
