I have my good days and my bad days. And lately eating after dinner is always still a challenge for me. Since it is hot out and very humid I tend to have an ice cream after dinner, I had bought the low cal one's but my BF buys the non low cal one's and when mine are gone I head for his which is never good. I need to focus on tracking everything I put in my mouth and stop eating after supper.
2/24/13 - I am down 5lbs from where I have been at for too long. I am taking it day by day and trying to watch my calorie intake and workout on a regular basis now that I have a treadmill in my home. I have a PF membership, but it is so hard to get to the gym in this wintery season..the home gym really works for me! I still need to lose about 10-15lbs to get to the weight that I will be happy/satisfied with. But I am trying to take it one day at a time.
12/2/10--I recently joined The Biggest Loser Winter Meltdown Challenge Team KiWi and am loving it! I love that I feel obligated to the team to not let them down and to stay on track...course it didn't help that mom bought me some peppermint candies the other day...but I've been trying to eat no more than 4-6 a day as 6 is one serving...but still they taste soo good!
Track my food on a daily basis to make sure I am getting all the nutrients and calories recommended for me. (need to start putting in more of the nutritional info for the foods I've entered to track protein, fat and carbs better)
