I've been on SparkPeople for a while. I've had ups and downs while here. ALL the things that happened WHILE CONNECTED TO SPARKPeople has been good. The bad stuff happens when I get disconnected.
The disconnect usually occurs when I suffer an injury. My left ankle seems to stay in some sort of 'fractured' state. I wear a brace on it at all times. Sometimes I wrap it. But I push on when I can.

Stay Connected. That means stay as injury free as possible.
That's my plan, ...

We hired our local heating & air company to do the solar installation. A little too complicated for me, and I wouldn't get up on the roof anyway. ;) So far, so good, although the hazy air is diminishing our production. I hope it clears up soon!
