Loving God, Loving People

Hello,
Today I started two challenges. First, the 28 day boot camp challenge and second, the Sparks online coach. I feel this community will help me reach my goals and stay on track.
I am a mother, wife and nurse. I love watching old movies and helping the elderly. I want to be more active in my community.
I have been on sparks before and want to stay on track this time. My goal is to create a lifestyle of healthy living.

My goals:
Exercise 5 out of 7 days for 10 minutes increasing to 30 minutes 5 times a week over the next 4 weeks.
Drink 8 cups of water daily
Lose a total of 57 lbs to reach my goal weight
Eat healthy
Check in daily with my coach.

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.
Today is my first day. I am reviewing all the information and I completed one exercise video.

Other Information:
My favorite movies are any movies with Denzel Washington or Sandra Bullock. They are awesome. Favorite books: 1984 and Animal Farm by Orwell.
