My Goals:
My goals are simple, to be the healthiest & happiest person I can be in the days, months and years to come! It will be exciting & fulfilled with all of you Spark people to encourage me on my journey

First and foremost is to drink more water and eat at least 5 fruit or veggies a day also to exercise at least 10 min. per day , stay in calorie range that Spark has set for me.

I have been changing my lifestyle by tracking my foods & my nutrient intake, as well as starting some exercising routines. I've noticed in the short time that I've made theese changes I already feel more energized & have started losing lbs weekly, thanks for the support

Im an animal lover , I have 2 dogs & 3 cats and enjoy spoiling them , I love to cook & make new recipes.walking is my go to exercise, I also enjoy yard sales, estate sales , flea mkts. and clearance sales. If I cant get it 1/2 price I don't need it! Love a good bargain. As Spark is such a great asset in my life, and best of all it Free!

Are You Getting Team Emails and New Thread Posts ?

To check and see if you are signed up for the team emails... And New Thread Posts...

Go to your START page and click on Account / E-Mail Preferences on the top left under the BIG word START...
A page will come up with 3 tabs, click on the COMMUNITY tab...
Then click on Spark Teams...
There you can go to our team and click the box New Topic Notification and Team SparkMail.
Then You will be sure to get all of the Team Information.
Of course, click the other boxes that you would like.
You can always go to our team page and see what new topics are in the Forums, too.
