My Goals:
My goals are simple, to be the healthiest & happiest person I can be in the days, months and years to come! It will be exciting & fulfilled with all of you Spark people to encourage me on my journey

First and foremost is to drink more water and eat at least 5 fruit or veggies a day also to exercise at least 10 min. per day , stay in calorie range that Spark has set for me.

I have been changing my lifestyle by tracking my foods & my nutrient intake, as well as starting some exercising routines. I've noticed in the short time that I've made theese changes I already feel more energized & have started losing lbs weekly, thanks for the support

Im an animal lover , I have 2 dogs & 3 cats and enjoy spoiling them , I love to cook & make new recipes.walking is my go to exercise, I also enjoy yard sales, estate sales , flea mkts. and clearance sales. If I cant get it 1/2 price I don't need it! Love a good bargain. As Spark is such a great asset in my life, and best of all it Free!

Hope you have a wonderful holiday! Thanks for commenting on my page.

Regarding the fiber issue. I guess it takes more fiber for me to be regular. 50 grams and I still only go once a day. I feel better now. Before, when I was just getting 25, it was once every several days. NOT ENOUGH!

Today is kinda an emotional day (ups and downs), so I'm going to try and not overeat because of my emotions.
