My Goals:
I want to get healthy and fit, and feel good overall. I want to focus on eating foods that nourish and heal the body.

Lose 30 pounds by the end of March.



My Program:
I am eating whole real foods to nourish and heal my body. I am skipping the sodas (any form) and fast food, and well as anything nutritionally void.

I am working out at least 5 times per week, and feeling great!

Other Information:
I have had kind of a rough year after having my precious baby. I have gone to several top notch doctors to find answers to my inflammation in my body. But my case is atypical, haha. So now I guess it is up to me to heal myself through diet, exercise, meditation and qi gong.
