Hi there! Glad you are back! I found vegan helped very little because I swapped out vegan junk food instead of regular and leaned too much on processed foods. I have been eating almost entirely unprocessed for two weeks now and feel very few cravings and much much better. Fruit and nuts, veggies and beans, quinoa burger....it's hard at first but varying my same old boring diet got me back in the groove. I lost my way for a while with the healthy aspect again and that helped me put on 10 lbs but it is now coming off! Also some health issues tripped me up but better now and no excuses! Let me know if you try it and need any advice :)
Thank you for pointing that out. I need to write up new goals, been too long. I still struggle with strength, but I do have weights and use various arm exercises with a 5 pound weight now. I also use the bands. I am starting to do more stretching after I exercise. Is my weakness, so a work in progress form me. I am always great with cardio, walking, elliptical, hiking.
