Hi Kat, I call this my plateau buster smoothie. I drink one a day in replacement of one of my normal meals or snacks depending on my hunger level.
2c spinach (tightly packed in measuring cup) 2c water or coconut water or other liquid of your choosing (tea, milk, oj, etc) 1 cup chopped mango 1 cup chopped pineapple 1-2 banana (depending on creaminess level you want) 1/2 tb flax seed 1/2 tb hemp seed
Put all the above ingredients in blender and blend. Make sure 1 fruit is frozen for cold frosty smoothies. This makes 2 servings.
This is my go to smoothie recipe for breakfast. My DH eats this and oatmeal for breakfast. I just eat more fruit if I'm still hungry. This has done wonders for my weight loss. Just thought I would share what worked for me.
