Hi everyone! My name is Stacey. I am new here as of Jan 2013. I will not call it a "Resolution". I will just say that I am more ready, willing, and able than ever before! Short term goals:
Weigh less than 200 by Disney trip (~20lbs in 8mos- so doable!!)
Run at least 2 5ks this year

Long term goals:
Fit by 40, weight of 165 or less, run 1/2 marathon, get off Prilosec or at least cut down, read more, declutter

Wt loss goals:
1. Down 10 lbs- goal met 3/17/13
2. Down 22 lbs (10%loss) and under 200-
3. Down 33 lbs (185)-
4. Down 43 lbs (175)
5. Down 53 lbs (165)

My Program:
MONTH 1 commitments:
Drink 8 full glasses of water per day
eat at least 1 serving of fruit & 1 serving of vegetable per day
Gym min 2 days per week, workout min 4 days per week
In bed by 11
Plan & Cook 2 meals a week
Use spark people for support
Implement 80/20 rule with healthy eating
Work on 5 small meals/day
Finish reading The Spark
Track food intake



Personal Information:
Live in New England and love it! My passions include (besides family & friends) Summer thunderstorms, music, reading, horseback riding, Disney, Everything Jim Henson, broadway musicals, amusement parks, carnivals and circuses (anything colorful and happy!)

Other Information:
Dislikes= negativity! I try to steer clear of it as much as possible! Life is tough enough!

Haha! You're funny! Thanks for checking in on my blog! That new low weight didn't last long after my high calorie day! Back up a pound today! Hopefully it will fall back off tomorrow! You are doing so great! So close to Onederland!

Hey! How is your week going? It's hump day...although I have never liked that expression. Canadians get a long weekend this weekend and I am sooooo looking forward to it already. Still a bit sore from the race but its a nice reminder! Have a great Wednesday. emoticon
