Done with Dieting, Changing my Life!
My weight loss journey has been a long one but since joining SparkPeople about a month ago the pounds are finally coming off. I've tried to lose weight so many times but life always seems to throw a curve-ball that throws me off track. I'm off to a good start now and have the support of some great friends that I have made on here. I have lost about 10lbs so far and hope to lose another 15-20lbs over the next few months. I am also about to run my first 5K which is something I never thought would ...

Cardio (1 hour +) 4 or 5 days per week (running, walking and/or elliptical) Crunches and push-ups 3 days per week
Personal Information:
I recently got engaged and will be marrying my best friend on 5/5/2012. Time to get my body in shape so I can look beautiful in my gown on my wedding day! :)
