I'm female in my late 40's.
I began my weight loss in Nov 2008 when my doctor told me to start by making a short term goal of losing 15 lbs. I've since lost much more and reached in Feb 2012 my doctor's goal weight of 135 lbs. I busted through my plateaus by being patient, paying close attention to my nutrition and shaking things up with my exercise. I'm now at a healthy weight for my age and height. I do intend to lose a little more just as a cushion but I won't have a goal date in ...
